How to Select a Program
Use filters to find a training program based on your preferences (e.g. level, goal, or schedule). Once the program is generated, you can swap any exercise with alternatives that target the same muscle group — the exercise order stays locked to preserve balance. On the next screen, enter your approximate working weights or confirm the suggestions. Finally, you can either save the program to use later, or start training immediately with auto-adjusting weights and progress tracking.
